Our Early Bird Season Tickets for 2025 go on sale on 1st December
Bowood Woodland Gardens are currently closed and will re open for the flowering season from mid April to early June 2025.
Yes, you can visit the Woodland Gardens during the opening season as many times as you wish. See website for opening dates as the Woodland Gardens is only open for 6 weeks furing the flowering season. Mid April to early June. 2025 dates coming soon...
Season Ticket Holders can access Bowood internal trails on a complimentary basis, e.g our Easter, Summer and Autumn Trails. Any events operated via a third-party and held in the Bowood grounds some may offer a discount to Season Ticket Holders, however a separate entry fee will be payable. Please visit the website for more information.
Once purchased online, day tickets are non-refundable, however you can transfer the date to another date within our current open season if you have created an account online. Log into your account and go into your order history and click on the order you wish to amend.
Please note that during inclement weather, the Flying Fox (zip wire) and large outdoor slides will be closed, however all other attractions remain unaffected. There are no reductions/discounts available in poor weather. We are unable to offer refunds due to the weather. Bowood management reserves the right to close the House and Gardens in exceptional circumstances.
Wheelchairs are available at the House & Gardens on a first come first serve basis.

Only working Assistance Dogs are permitted at Bowood House & Gardens.
Well-behaved dogs are permitted in Bowood Woodland Gardens during the six-week open season, mid-April to early-June, provided they are kept on a lead.
There are no overnight parking or camping facilities on the Estate. Accommodation is available at Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

Drones are not allowed on the estate.
Swimming or paddling in the lake, cascade, or fountains is strictly forbidden.
Fishing on the lake is by annual permit only; day tickets are not available. Please call 01249 812 102 for more information.
