IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Bowood House & Gardens is open for the 2025 Season from 1st April to 2nd November from 10:30 - 17:30, with last Admissions at 16:30.

Infants under 2 are free and you do not need to purchase a ticket for them. 

Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult in the grounds at all times. When purchasing a Child, Young Adult or Junior day ticket an accompanying Adult or Senior ticket will need to be purchased or a Family ticket alongside. 

CREATE AN ACCOUNT ONLINE: When purchasing your Day Ticket online, please create an account, this will allow you to amend your date within the 2025 Season, 24 hours prior to your arrival date. 

Included in your Day Ticket: Access to Bowood House, the Grounds, Adventure Playground and The Den, new for 2025 access to the Walled Garden open between 12:00 and 16:30.

Disability and their registered Carer day tickets are discounted at 50% off our standard day ticket prices and can be purchased online. Please show the relevant paperwork at admissions along with your day ticket confirmation email. Please show either a 1. Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance letter. 2. Personal Independence Payment Letter. 3. Letter from GP or consultant confirming the need for a full time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis. Access cards. Without the relevant paperwork admissions are unable to allow access to Bowood House & Gardens on this ticket.

S.E.N.D HOUR: We are opening one hour earlier, first Saturday of every month, starting from Saturday 5th April. The Adventure Playground, The Den and Treehouse Café only. please show your disabled/registered carer Day Ticket purchase on arrival.

AFTER - SCHOOL: (15:30 - 17:30) day ticket discount, term time only. 50% off full price day tickets. Only available to be purchased on the day at admissions. 

BBC GARDENERS WORLD:
2for1 on full price Adult day tickets only throughout the month of May and June with your Gardeners’ World Magazine 2-for-1 entry card. Please show your card at admissions on arrival. Tickets can be purchased online from 1st May or on the day of your visit. 

Please note day tickets are non refundable, however you can amend the date within the 2025 season, 24 hours prior to your arrival date. This can be done online when logged into your account. If you do not already have an account with us, please set this up when purchasing your day tickets. 

Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the Grounds of Bowood House & Gardens. Where possible if the dog could please wear their recognisable harness or jacket.

Bowood House & Gardens accepts card payment only. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

BBC Gardeners' World 2for1 offer, please select one adult free entry ticket with one full-paying adult day ticket. Available only for dates between 1st May - 30th June 2025. 

Included in your Day Ticket: Access to Bowood House, the Grounds, Adventure Playground and The Den and new for 2025 access to the Walled Garden between 12:00 - 16:30. 

Please note your day ticket is only valid for the date you selected at the time of booking, you can amend your booking 24 hours prior to arrival online, by logging into your account. 

You will need to show your Gardeners' World Magazine 2for1 card on arrival, along with your confirmation email.
