Day Ticket to Bowood Woodland Garden
Open from Friday 11th April - Sunday 1st June 2025.
10:30 last admissions at 16:30, closing at 17:30.
Covering over 30 acres, this garden is an oasis of bluebells, azaleas, magnolias, and rhododendrons. Considered to be one of the most beautiful gardens of its type in the country with over 30 hardy hybrids, which were thought to be extinct.
There are over two miles of pathways throughout the Woodland Garden. A specific route is mapped out as the ‘Walk of the Week’ to take you through the best display of flowers. Please note due to the weather, some areas of the Woodland can become very muddy, we advise to wear wellies or walking boots.
Please note that wheelchair access to remote areas of the park can be limited as there are some paths with fairly steep gradients and different terrains. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available near the Admission’s Kiosk at the Woodland Garden.
Parking is available, free of charge, adjacent to the Admissions Kiosk. Refreshments are also available by the entrance The Nosh Box serving Tea, Coffee, and Cakes. Toilet facilities are available at the entrance.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Bowood Woodland Garden remains a cash free site.
